For further reassurance, attend a pop-up shop at your school with your child so that he/she can try on sample uniform items to ensure you order the correct size.

If you do order an incorrect size, please log in to your account, go to orders and click “request refund”. For more information please go to  Terms and Conditions, section: Returns & Refunds.

The easiest way to pay is online using a credit card. Unfortunately debit cards in Qatar are not allowed for online transactions yet.

If this is not an option, you can attend one of our pop up events where a member of our staff will help you complete your online order and make payment by cash, debit card or credit card.

When you log onto the website, you will receive a message letting you know when your order needs to be completed by in order to make the next available collection slot.

When you complete your order, you will receive details of the date, time and location for delivery.

If you are a new customer, please click “register”. You will be asked to fill in a registration form and set a password for your account. A confirmation email will be sent to the email address you provided in the form.

If you are an existing customer you can sign in with your email and password.

As a registered online user of Saracen Wear, you will be able to purchase any item from your school on this site and pay immediately with a credit card. Unfortunately debit cards in Qatar are not allowed for online transactions yet.

We understand that security is an issue with payments over the Internet and can reassure you that our credit and debit card payment facility is secure. We have invested in the latest technology, which encrypts the information as it is sent to us.

It is not uncommon to forget your password.

Under the “Log in” form you can see “Forgot Password” option. Just input your email again and we will send you your new password to the e-mail address you registered with.

In your order confirmation email you will receive details on when can you pick up your order from the ‘pop-up’ shop at your school.

Please bring a print out of your order confirmation email or show it to us on your mobile device.

Yes, you can get someone else to collect an order for you. They may be asked for any of the following details, so please make sure they have a copy of your order confirmation email or these details:

  • Your Name
  • Your Address
  • Your Email Address
  • Your Phone Number
  • Your Order Number

No, it’s free to collect your order from the ‘pop-up’ shop.

Please contact your school’s reception, they will provide you with the code.
